Prescription Orders
Orders that include prescription lenses require additional processing time because the lenses are custom-made based on your prescription.
Please note that your glasses and prescription lenses may be shipped separately.
The glasses may be shipped first, while the prescription lenses usually require approximately 15 business days for processing before shipment.
Once each package has been shipped, you will receive separate tracking information by email.
Warranty Terms
LEION limited warranty
This limited consumer warranty is provided by LEION. This limited consumer warranty (the “Warranty”) covers defects and malfunctions in the new LEION product(s) it accompanies (the “Product”). The Warranty continues for one (1) year from the date of receiving your Product(s) (the “Limited Warranty Period”). However, if you purchase the Product from within the EU or EFTA, the Limited Warranty Period shall be two (2) years.This Warranty is not available to products that were purchased from any source other than LEION or an authorized dealer. This Warranty is valid only with proof of purchase that clearly shows the purchase date. If you send us a Product without valid proof of purchase, then we reserve the right to return the Product to you at your cost, subject to prepayment, or, if such costs are not prepaid, we will keep the Product for thirty (30) days for your pick-up.This Warranty is limited and not applicable to any lens scratches. If your Product is defective or malfunctioning, we will either repair or replace that Product, or update software or services, so that the Product performs substantially in accordance with the Warranted Functionality. In some cases, we may instead refund the purchase price paid for the Product. Your remedy under this Warranty will be the repair, replacement or refund of the Product as determined by LEION, however we will honour your preference for a repair or replacement unless it is impossible or disproportionate for us to do so.This Warranty applies only to those countries to which LEION ships and supports. Unless specifically stated elsewhere in this Warranty, to make a warranty claim, you need to return your Product to LEION or to the authorized dealer from which the product was purchased, together with your proof of purchase.If your warranty claim is deemed to be valid, and we find a defect or malfunction covered by this Warranty, we will replace or repair the Product so it provides the functionality warranted. Subject to your rights under any local laws, if we determine that a Product should be replaced, the replacement may be a new, refurbished, or a re-manufactured Product. Save for your rights and remedies available under your local laws, the provision of a repaired or replacement product does not restart or otherwise extend the Limited Warranty Period. If we determine, in our sole discretion, that none of the listed means are reasonable to correct a defect or malfunction, then we may refund to you the price you paid to purchase the Product. Damages caused by failure to follow the product instructions/documentation or failure to perform cleaning or preventive maintenance. Damages caused by the combination of the product with other non-LEION branded products, accessories, parts or components or use of products, equipment, systems, utilities, services, software, parts supplies, accessories, applications, installations, repairs, external wiring or connectors not supplied or authorized by LEION that damage the product. Signal issues, reception problems and distortion related to noise, echo, interference or other signal transmission and delivery problems. Any equipment or components that were not included in, or with your product as originally sold.This Warranty does not include any specific guarantees that the Product will be error-free, or regarding uptime or continued availability of data security features of software or online accounts, that any software, firmware or online sites will function uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent prohibited by any applicable law in any other country, this Warranty is void if a Product is returned with removed, damaged or tampered labels or any alterations (including the unauthorized removal of any component or external cover).

What are the parameters of the glasses size?

- Most angles won't show it; only at close range from certain side angles can it be seen

What is the maximum distance for sound pickup and subtitle display?
Depending on the on-site noise conditions, it is 10 meters in the absence of noise. With noise, it is recommended to be within 3 meters.
Does the caption glasses automatically turn off the screen or do you need to manually press a button to turn off the captions?
You can set the automatic screen-off duration of the glasses, or manually press the power button under the left temple once to turn off or turn on the screen
Is the glasses waterproof? What to do if it gets water inside?
1. Glasses are of daily waterproof grade. Do not soak them in water, do not clean them under running water, and do not use them in the rain. When cleaning is needed, simply wipe them carefully with a glasses cloth, a soft damp cloth, or alcohol-free wet wipes. 2. If water ingress is detected, please turn off the device first, wipe it dry, and ensure it is placed in a well-ventilated and cool place to dry before continuing to use it.
What materials are the myopia lens and display lens made of?
Myopia lenses are made of resin material. Display lenses are made of glass material.
The battery life of the glasses is less than 8 hours
In daily communication, there will be breaks, and generally, eight hours of usage can be achieved. However, if speaking continuously, the usage time is approximately six hours. If you have higher usage requirements, you can carry the charging case with you, and quickly recharge it during breaks such as when going to the toilet or taking a rest to replenish the battery.
Will there be any front light leakage?
The glasses adopt a special display solution, featuring higher brightness, clearer visibility under outdoor conditions, enhanced safety, and relatively low power consumption, ensuring long-term use. We have also made special optimizations for front light leakage. Under normal circumstances, when communicating face-to-face at eye level, most of the light leakage is reduced. Only at special angles, such as when the other person is looking up, will text be displayed.
Ghosting appears in the display
Under normal circumstances, reflections are more noticeable in relatively dim environments. We recommend that you lower the brightness under low-light conditions. In the future, the software will also optimize the minimum brightness to ensure that low light is not glaring, and the reflection issue will be further alleviated. During your use, you can adjust the brightness according to the ambient light conditions. Too high brightness under low light can also easily cause glare and visual fatigue. To protect your eyesight, it is not recommended to set the brightness too high when the surroundings are dim
