How does Leion HEY2 translate in real time?

The Leion HEY2 captures voice through a four-microphone array, performs local processing, and immediately projects the translated text onto the augmented reality display - with a latency of as low as 500 milliseconds.

Does it work offline?

This product does not support offline use. It needs to be paired with the mobile phone via Bluetooth, and the mobile phone also needs to be connected to the network and Wifi.

What are the parameters of the glasses size?

167mm×151mm×46mm

What are the battery capacities of the charging case and the glasses respectively? Can they be taken on a plane?


The battery capacity of the charging case is 3100mAh, and that of the glasses is 245mAh. They can be taken on a plane.

Does the glasses have a front-facing camera or speaker?


For privacy and battery life considerations, the glasses are not equipped with a camera or a speaker.

What materials are the myopia lens and display lens made of?


:Myopia lenses are made of resin material. Display lenses are made of glass material.

Usage & Compatibility

Can I connect Leion HEY2 to my phone?

Yes. The HEY app (iOS & Android) syncs your glasses for language settings, conversation history, and firmware updates.

How long can I use HEY2 on a single charge?

The glasses run up to 8 hours continuously. The compact charging case provides 12 extra recharges—totaling 96 hours of extended use.

Will the glasses emit green light leakage?


Most angles won't show it; only at close range from certain side angles can it be seen.

Does the caption glasses automatically turn off the screen or do you need to manually press a button to turn off the captions?


You can set the automatic screen-off duration of the glasses, or manually press the power button under the left temple once to turn off or turn on the screen.

Is the glasses waterproof? What to do if it gets water inside?


Glasses are of daily waterproof grade. Do not soak them in water, do not clean them under running water, and do not use them in the rain. When cleaning is needed, simply wipe them carefully with a glasses cloth, a soft damp cloth, or alcohol-free wet wipes. 2. If water ingress is detected, please turn off the device first, wipe it dry, and ensure it is placed in a well-ventilated and cool place to dry before continuing to use it.

The battery life of the glasses is less than 8 hours.

In daily communication, there will be breaks, and generally, eight hours of usage can be achieved. However, if speaking continuously, the usage time is approximately six hours. If you have higher usage requirements, you can carry the charging case with you, and quickly recharge it during breaks such as when going to the toilet or taking a rest to replenish the battery.


General solutions for unsuccessful connection/no response after connection/device not found:

1. Check if you have connected to other phones. If so, go to the Settings - Bluetooth of the other phone, find this device, and disconnect it.
2. Go to the Settings - Bluetooth of this phone, find this device, and disconnect it
3. Long press the power button of the glasses for 3 seconds to turn them off, and long press the power button again to restart them after they are turned off.


Many squares are displayed in the glasses


After adjusting the font, the glasses will load the font library, and the loading is not yet complete. It is recommended that you first exit the subtitle function and then re-enter later. If there is still no change after the operation, you need to exit the software, clear the background, long press the power button on the glasses to restart, and then reconnect, and generally there will be no problem.

What should I do if the temple of the glasses pinches my face?


If it currently feels tight, it's because it's newly manufactured, and the hinge has elasticity. To ensure a more stable fit when worn and prevent it from shaking or falling off while walking, there is a certain amount of tension. It is recommended to wear it more often to get used to it, and after wearing it for a while, the hinge will loosen slightly, allowing for a better fit to the head circumference.

Can myopia lenses be self-fitted?

The specific processing plan is with the supplier. The processing of the lens itself is relatively difficult, and the plano-concave lens used is inconsistent with the usual eyeglass solution. Generally, optical shops often do not have matching lenses and cannot perform the processing. It is recommended to use the official lenses; otherwise, damage or discomfort during wearing may occur.

There is a difference between the translation result and the actual content.

The surrounding noise when using the glasses, the volume of the speaker's voice, their accent, whether there are multiple speakers, and whether a mask is worn can all have an impact on the translation result.

What’s included when I order?

Each HEY2 package includes the glasses, a charging case, quick-start guide, and microfiber pouch.

What is the return policy?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of LEION Hey 2 or any additional accessories (each, a “Product”), you can request a return for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns are only accepted if the Product is in “like new” condition and the packaging is intact.
The policy excludes ordinary wear and tear, or damage caused by improper use, neglect, accidents, or user-inflicted damage, according to the LEION Limited Warranty.

What is the warranty policy?

The Warranty continues for one (1) year from the date of receiving your Product(s) (the “Limited Warranty Period”). However, if you purchase the Product from within the EU or EFTA, the Limited Warranty Period shall be two (2) years.
This Warranty is not available to products that were purchased from any source other than LEION or an authorized dealer. This Warranty is valid only with proof of purchase that clearly shows the purchase date. If you send us a Product without valid proof of purchase, then we reserve the right to return the Product to you at your cost, subject to prepayment, or, if such costs are not prepaid, we will keep the Product for thirty (30) days for your pick-up.
This Warranty is limited and not applicable to any lens scratches. If your Product is defective or malfunctioning, we will either repair or replace that Product, or update software or services, so that the Product performs substantially in accordance with the Warranted Functionality.
