This policy explains where LEION ships, current shipping fees, delivery estimates, tracking, customs charges and prescription lens shipping for orders placed on leion.glass. It should be read with our Refunds, Returns & Order Cancellation Policy and Terms of Service. Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or restrict.
1. Processing and delivery estimates
- In-stock products: Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 3 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Transit after dispatch: Delivery usually takes approximately 5–12 days for many supported destinations. Some routes, including some shipments to Australia, may take about 7–14 business days or longer.
- Pre-orders: The shipping date shown on the product page or at checkout is an estimate unless the listing expressly says otherwise. Please refer to the order-specific estimate for your item.
These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier capacity, customs inspections, weather, holidays, remote addresses and other events outside our control may affect delivery. If we expect a pre-order to ship later than the time stated when you ordered, we will contact you with an updated estimate and the options required by applicable law.
2. Shipping destinations and fees
We currently offer standard shipping to the countries and regions listed below. The final shipping fee and currency for your address are shown at checkout before payment.
Europe — €15 EUR
Ireland, Estonia, Italy, Austria, France, Bulgaria, Spain, Belgium, Poland, Denmark, Germany, Finland, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Romania, Malta, Monaco, Norway, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, Cyprus, Slovakia, Slovenia, Turkey, Greece and Hungary.
United Kingdom — £15 GBP
Other supported countries and regions — $15 USD
Argentina, the United Arab Emirates, Egypt, Australia, Macao SAR, Pakistan, Brazil, Ecuador, Canada, Malaysia, the United States, Mexico, South Africa, Japan, Saudi Arabia, Taiwan, Thailand, Hong Kong SAR, Singapore, New Zealand, Israel, Indonesia, Vietnam, Chile and China.
If your destination is not listed or checkout does not offer a shipping method, standard shipping is not currently available there. Please contact us before placing an order. Orders with unsupported destinations may be cancelled and refunded if they have not shipped.
3. Order processing and carriers
We select a carrier based on the destination and service available. International orders may ship with FedEx, UPS, DHL or another carrier. After an item ships, we will email tracking information to the address on your order. A tracking number may be created before the carrier records its first scan, so tracking updates may take some time to appear.
4. Prescription lenses and separate shipments
Prescription lenses are custom-made using the prescription and measurements submitted with your order. Please allow approximately 15 business days for lens processing; this is production time and does not include transit after dispatch. Missing or corrected prescription information may extend the estimate.
Your glasses and prescription lenses may be shipped separately. The glasses may arrive first, followed by the lenses when processing is complete. We will send separate tracking information for each shipment after it is dispatched.
Prescription lens cancellations and returns follow the rules in our Refunds, Returns & Order Cancellation Policy. Custom lenses may be cancelled before processing begins. Once processing or fabrication has begun, cancellation or a refund for a change of mind, customer-entered prescription or measurement errors, a later prescription change, personal fit or comfort, or adaptation preferences is not available, except where LEION made an error or applicable law requires another remedy.
5. Pre-orders, delays and cancellations
Pre-order dates are estimates and may change. If we cannot ship within the time stated when you order, we will notify you of the delay and, where required by law, ask you to agree to a revised shipping date or offer cancellation and a refund for unshipped items.
You may request cancellation of a non-custom product, including a pre-order, at any time before it ships. Once it has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but an eligible return may be requested under our Refunds, Returns & Order Cancellation Policy. If an order includes custom prescription lenses, the lens item and any product sold as an inseparable package with it may be cancelled only before lens processing or fabrication begins. Separate non-custom items may be cancelled before they ship.
6. Customs duties, taxes and local fees
Taxes collected by LEION are shown at checkout where applicable and are handled as required by law. Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges and other local fees charged directly by customs authorities or a carrier are generally the recipient’s responsibility unless they were collected at checkout or applicable law requires otherwise.
Customs inspections, clearance procedures and local authorities may delay delivery; LEION cannot control their processing times. You may be asked to provide documents or information to complete local customs procedures.
7. Delivery addresses and unsupported locations
We cannot ship to P.O. boxes, mailbox-only addresses, APO/FPO addresses or military bases. Orders placed with one of these addresses may be cancelled and refunded if they have not shipped. Please enter a complete, deliverable physical address and contact us promptly if you need to correct it. After dispatch, address changes or shipment interception may not be possible.
Returns and mail-in repairs from unsupported countries or regions may be limited. If service is available, additional shipping, customs or local handling requirements may apply. We will explain any available arrangements and costs before you send a product.

This policy explains the limited commercial warranty LEION provides for qualifying products bought from leion.glass or an authorized LEION seller. It applies in addition to your consumer rights under applicable law. Where the law gives you a longer or broader protection, that protection continues to apply.
1. Warranty periods
- LEION Hey2: one (1) year from the date the product is delivered to you.
- LEION Hearing: two (2) years from the date the product is delivered to you.
If products or prescription lenses in one order are delivered separately, the applicable period for each item begins on its own delivery date. Please keep your order confirmation or other proof of purchase.
2. What the warranty covers
During the applicable warranty period, this policy covers defects in materials or workmanship that prevent a LEION product from working as intended under normal use.
For prescription lenses processed by LEION for Hey2 or LEION Hearing, the applicable model warranty also covers a confirmed lens manufacturing or processing error attributable to LEION. For example, if LEION makes the lenses to values different from the prescription or measurements you confirmed, contact us for review. The warranty does not treat an incorrect value supplied or confirmed by the customer as a LEION processing error.
After reviewing a covered claim, LEION will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law and this policy. Depending on the issue, this may include repair, reprocessing or replacement of the affected product or lenses, or a refund where required or appropriate.
3. What is not covered by this commercial warranty
Subject to any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law, the limited warranty does not cover:
- Prescription, pupillary distance (PD), fitting measurements or other order details that you entered or confirmed incorrectly, or a prescription that changes after the order;
- Personal preferences or concerns about fit, comfort, appearance or adapting to correctly made prescription lenses, where there is no product defect or LEION processing error;
- Damage caused by an accident, misuse, neglect, improper storage, use contrary to product instructions, or unauthorized repair or modification;
- Normal wear and tear or cosmetic marks that do not affect the product’s function.
These exclusions do not apply where the problem was caused by LEION or where applicable law requires a remedy.
4. Prescription lens cancellations and returns
Please check all prescription and measurement details before submitting your order. Custom prescription lenses may be cancelled before processing begins. Once processing or fabrication has begun, the custom lens item and any product sold as an inseparable package with it cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged or refunded for a change of mind, customer-entered prescription or measurement error, a later prescription change, personal fit or comfort, or adaptation preference. This does not apply if LEION made an error, the product or lenses are defective, or applicable law requires another remedy.

5. How to make a warranty claim
- Email support@leion.glass with your order number, product model, delivery date and a description of the issue.
- Include clear photos or a short video if they help show the problem. For prescription lens claims, include the relevant order details so we can compare the lenses with the values confirmed at checkout.
- Wait for our reply and return instructions before mailing a product or lenses to us. We will explain any inspection or shipping steps before you send anything.
We may ask for additional information or inspect the product to determine whether the issue is covered. If a claim is not covered, we will explain the reason and any available options or charges before proceeding.
6. Consumer rights
This limited commercial warranty is provided in addition to consumer rights and remedies that apply to your purchase. Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts a guarantee, remedy or right that applicable law does not allow LEION to exclude or restrict. The warranty periods above do not shorten any longer protection required by law.
