Shipping Areas & Fees
Europe & United Kingdom — €15 EUR
We currently ship to the following European countries and regions:
Ireland, Estonia, Italy, Austria, France, Bulgaria, Spain, Belgium, Poland, Denmark, Germany, Finland, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Romania, Malta, Monaco, Norway, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, Cyprus, Slovakia, Slovenia, Turkey, Greece, Hungary, and the United Kingdom.

Other Supported Countries & Regions — $15 USD
We currently ship to the following countries and regions:
Argentina, United Arab Emirates, Egypt, Australia, Macao SAR, Pakistan, Brazil, Ecuador, Canada, Malaysia, United States, Mexico, South Africa, Japan, Saudi Arabia, Taiwan, Thailand, Hong Kong SAR, Singapore, New Zealand, Israel, Indonesia, Vietnam, Chile, and China.

Countries or Regions Not Listed
If your country or region is not listed above, LEION currently does not support standard shipping to that location.
For unsupported countries or regions:
Orders may not be shipped.
Return service may not be available.
Mail-in repair service may be limited.
If you need repair service from an unsupported region, we will do our best to assist you with logistics arrangements. However, additional shipping costs, customs clearance, and local policy requirements may apply.
If the product issue is covered under warranty, you may need to pay any shipping cost that exceeds our standard shipping fee.
If the issue is not covered under warranty, you will be responsible for the full shipping cost.
Your assistance may also be required for customs clearance or other import/export procedures.
PO Boxes & Military Addresses
We are unable to ship to PO Boxes, mailboxes, APO/FPO addresses, or military bases.
Orders placed with these addresses may be automatically cancelled.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
You can track your order using the tracking link in the email or through the carrier’s official website.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or other local fees may apply.
These fees are determined by the customs authority of the destination country or region and are the responsibility of the customer.
LEION is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, local inspections, or import procedures.
Prescription Orders
Orders that include prescription lenses require additional processing time because the lenses are custom-made based on your prescription.
Please note that your glasses and prescription lenses may be shipped separately.
The glasses may be shipped first, while the prescription lenses usually require approximately 15 business days for processing before shipment.
Once each package has been shipped, you will receive separate tracking information by email.
