01. Where Is Our Overseas Cloud Infrastructure Located?
LEION HEARING's overseas services use designated cloud infrastructure and services provided by Microsoft Azure and TENCENT CLOUD INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD.
Microsoft Azure is one of the principal cloud service providers used within our overseas service architecture. For the Tencent Cloud resources described in this statement, our cloud configuration shows deployment in the U.S. Silicon Valley region.

Tencent Cloud operates cloud infrastructure across multiple geographic regions. The deployment code shown in our cloud configuration can be cross-checked against Tencent Cloud's official Regions and Availability Zones documentation.

02. How Is Data Processed?
When you use cloud-based LEION HEARING features, the data required to provide the requested function may be securely transmitted to designated overseas cloud infrastructure for processing.

Our overseas service architecture uses designated cloud services from Microsoft Azure and Tencent Cloud International. LEION HEARING maintains separate service environments for overseas users and mainland China users.

05. Our Commitment to Transparency
- Overseas cloud infrastructure. Our overseas services use designated cloud infrastructure outside mainland China, including infrastructure in the United States.
- Verifiable U.S. deployment. The Tencent Cloud resources described above are deployed in the West US (Silicon Valley) region.
- Separate service environments. Overseas and mainland China service environments are separated.
- Established cloud providers. Our overseas service architecture uses services from Microsoft Azure and Tencent Cloud International.
- Public privacy documentation. Users can review our Privacy Policy and User Agreement.
- Independent references. Official cloud-provider documentation is provided for independent review.
